Hey guys, newfag here. After some months of using Ubuntu (was a filthy windows peasent before that), I decided to switch to Arch.
Which Window Manager or Desktop Environment would you recommend me to use? Bear in mind I'm still not that experienced with Unix, but I can learn
Gnome or xfce since is similar to a Windows environment
openbox is what all the cool ppl use

Why don't you try them on Ubuntu and decide yourself
KDE for sure
it's the most functional and prettiest

DE: GNOME, then KDE, then Xfce.
Then WM: Openbox, then i3.

Don't be arrogant towards Windows users. If we want to stop people using OS proven to be not the best or even hazardous, we must strive to be a welcoming and open community, not a circlejerk. Have fun with whatever you setup anon.

Go with Gnome if you liked Unity. Gnome is very similar (but way better).
