The Silverstone SG13 and cases like it are only ~$40 and can fit a full sized graphics card, CPU with a 120mm water cooler (like the corsair h55), either 3 2.5" drives or a 2.5" and a 3.5" drive (so 4 SSDs in total if you include an m.2 slot on the motherboard), etc etc. A lot of ITX cases even have bays for a slim optical drive.

I bought a case the other day from Newegg and it was missing all the drive bay sliders, all the screws and the lint filters on the bottom.
I bought the rest of the components from NCIX and everything showed up properly and in a timely manner.

Fuck Newegg.

I have the Nano S with a 1070 FTW and a ATX PSU. Temps are fine because at least half the card has access to free space under it. Blower's shouldn't be affected cause the intake is at the end of the card by the front of the case.
