OP you need to install Windows 7 or move to Ubuntu. Windows 10 is shit and no matter how many times you do registry edits or install patches, it will always invade your privacy and control your PC. The only way to take full control of your machine is by installing a free operating system. If you use Ubuntu, avoid the Unity DE. Go with Kubuntu which uses KDE. It's super comfy and won't spy on you. GNU/Linux is not scary or hard and all command line stuff is copy and paste.
