where is the safest/best place to get windows 10 from without paying 100+? I am planning to build a new PC and don't want to drop 100 on a windows key, but rather want to put that into parts. Any suggestions guys? please

I was looking at sites like Kinguin, Ebay, G2A, r/microsoftsoftwareswap etc. But people are telling me those keys deactivate after like the first month, so I am not sure about it.
