To all of you who works as a programmer/developer:
Do you suffer from scoliosis, if yes what do you do about it?
I have just started uni, I am learning to be a Computer Scientist, and I am scared of my future cause I have developed scoliosis in my teens.
Fortunately, it is minor and I do streches and exercise 4 times a week, so I live actively.

You must have a SHIT CHAIR and TABLE combo...
Study law. But until semester starts time is my own right?

If I even want to go to law school, I cannot. I would had to do my final exam in other subjects. I studied for CS, this is the field that I am interested in, I won't change my mind.
My question was about how others deal with back problems.
I've been pretty much sitting for 20 years without problems. The only thing that did hurt my back was in a manual labor job when I was carrying crates around.

Weightlifting and cardio.

double down on excercises, have it reviewed by medical professionals every now and then.
DO NOT take advice from fucktards with no medical background, even if they're into /fit/. they will recommend sg that's okay for normies but potentially dangerous for someone with scoliosis and ofc they don't know/care they're idiots.

My doctor gave me some paper which describe the exercises for me, so it is okay. I also do planks and push ups alongside.
