Has anyone on /g/ ever developed custom firmware for Android devices, specifically ones that didn't run AOSP to begin with?
Like CyanogenMod for the s6?

I tried porting Sailfish os on my Z3C, without much success though. In my experience it's not really coding, you just have to bring bits and pieces together. It's not really hard but it can be very boring and frustrating.

Yeah, I contributed to S3 CyanogenMod thingey. I also tried Firefox OS when it first came out but didn't try much. Actually, this thread gave me the idea of continuing it. Thanks, anon.
