How is #Mycroft not more popular?
It’s #FOSS alternative to Amazon Echo, Google Assistant, Cortana and Siri, yet it did not gain much momentum after code was released.
Yes, in its current state it runs on Linux (+ experimentally on Android) and has only handful of skills, but due to it’s modular and open source nature, it has way bigger potential. It could do everything that commercial alternatives do, it could speak your native language, it could be used as a soul of a robot…
Is it chicken-egg problem again?
