On my phone and a little busy but in short they have very little spectrum where it matters. Bandwidth costs are very little when you scale up. Spectrum for wireless matters. They have 20 MHz on 2300 which is close to WiFi frequency so restricted to heavy users, mostly indoors but that'll never reach them in the first place. In 1800 band they have like 4.5 MHz, which is peanuts in large cities. Their last mile is already choking in Mumbai and medium-big size cities. Their fiber plans are interesting but they are not focussing on that sadly. Lots of issues really but is hard to summarise here.
Also it isn't unlimited or anything. 7.5$ for 4 GB after launch.
