So is Speccy like Schrodinger's Cat where it says your CPU is both hot and cold until you do something about it?

That chip should pretty much never get that hot, I wouldn't worry about it.

I cleaned my CPU off and forgot the thermal paste once..Yeah, definitely was in the 100C+ range.

Speccy has inaccurate sometimes though.
