Can anyone give me some advice about these specs for the price

Get a cheaper CPU, since your motherboard won't allow overclocking.

Also don't get a 750Ti, it's fucking 3 fucking generations behind it's a waste of money.

seems good for that kind of money though I would suggest you save up a bit more and get some more ram, 8gigs is nothing today,and 2 gigs of vram aren't that good either

Change GPU to AMD (future proofing + async compute + open source dev softwares)
Change to skylake build preferably i5-6500
change RAM to 8GB 2400 but at the same price point as that (you can find it on Amazon)
Change your case preferably not Cooler Master (overhyped, and overpriced)
