So someone just offered me a spot in his startup for a percentage of ownership. I'm a CS & Math student in college and I'm asking for advice. It would involve a streaming video component on a website as well as normal streaming. I would also need to learn HTML or CSS ASAP before he gets someone else. How feasible is this? Also the kid is trying to move pretty quickly with this but I don't think he knows how long it will realistically take. Any help appreciated.

Well I would also have to figure out how to structure a video database and shit with the website. Idk maybe I'm just not confident enough. Heres the thing I can think logically how the stuff would work but I don't know what to even start with because I've done nothing like this before. Like should I start with the video storing and server shit which I don't know how to do? Or should I deal with the html and website. Now that I think of it its only really 2 things but shit. Anybody wiith experience tryna help out?

Not either of them, but look at the start up for what it is, if you think it could possibly succeed go for it pretty much every thing ever started as nothing, you'll hate yourself forever if it has merit and you don't go for it
