I have a T440s and I like it a lot. Yeah the touchpad isn't great, but you can always change it to T450s touchpad, but having an FHD IPS display is a must. Quite nice to have all ports USB 3.0 too.

I bought the T460p (i7) and i use windows 10 and kali linux, work great.
also i have a T420 and is just wow
