Depends on if you isp allows the ports to be open.

Second point is you need to have the service running from your computer to check if the ports are open with an online tool.

But everything looks good. Since that's an Asus router see if you can get the merlin firmware for it, if you can it will add a plethora of options for you view and play with.

Did you set the ip address/es' to be static?
