Hi /g/. I know I'm a faggot for asking this here but I need help. I have to chose from an Note 3 or Note 4, both second-hand and at the same price.
But here's the catch, while the Note 3 has scratches on the chrome edge, the Note 4 has pic related problem.
What should I do?

Looks like damage. As long as the S Pen reads while inserted and in use, it shouldn't matter. Just cover it was a protective case.

I have had a note 3 for going on 3 years now and its been well worth the 100 usd I spent on it.

I've look at and read a lot of reviews of both phones and the performance difference is not that big, the note 4 has some cool features

I dont know about the 4, but the 3 is limited to android 5 because locked bootloader. Cant load a newer kernel on it. If that matters to you.

Get the Note 4 and use a case. Has a bootloader unlock for sure.
