So I spent Labor Day weekend at my parents' house, and did some work on my mom's computer for this coming week.
It wasn't until I made the three hour drive back home that I realized I didn't put any of the files I worked on on a thumbdrive, I didn't put them in my Google Drive folder, and I didn't even email them to myself. They're just sitting there on my mom's PC.
She's not an avid computer user; she literally just watches YouTube, messes around on Facebook, and uploads photos/video from her camera to her Documents once in a while.
What's the easiest way/program to have her download to get me those files? It's about 10 image files, and one Publisher file. I'm thinking about having her download Dropbox, but I don't know how complicated that'd be for her. She's pushing 70.
Thanks /g/.

I haven't used Teamviewer in years; is it pretty easy for her to install and use on her own?

Google has a pretty nice remote access program that works in chrome. All you have to do is give her a link to go to in chrome, and then she pushes "accept" and then you control the computer and can install Dropbox our email them or whatever.

Get her to download filezilla and ftp in

That's actually pretty powerful but with some scary abuse possibilities.
