>there are laptops being sold with only 30gb internal storage (~4gb usable)
Why is this allowed? Worst thing, those are only like 20 bucks cheaper than the ones with 500gb
how about you show the rest of the specs, friendo? those don't even have sata ports

Any time you ask yourself why someone is selling something, the answer is because there are people who buy it.
>>56437471
to encourage you to buy the better one, and because poor people will pay for it as long as it gives the image of luxury (see 8gb iphones)

Can't remember but those usually have 13in screen, 2 usb ports at most, maybe 2gb ram, sometimes 4gb, intel celeron,
>10gb for linux (interjection denied)
>20gb for smug anime pictures
What's the problem here?
>>56437557
Linux requires 10 GiB? Bloated as fuck. Windows is only 9.38 GiB.
>>56437471
Because normies think its acceptable to pay a monthly fee for storage that can vanish at any time. Fuck the cloud.

Or get blacked
Yeah I saw one of these shits. They're in the poorer countries.
2GB Ram
Atom x5 <something>
32GB integrated memory card which is probably soldered
1366*768 on a 13"
USB 2.0
Windows 10
And lignux won't do sound on it because unsupported speaker or dac or something. It has some intel hardware.
Is 2GB even enough for Windows 10? Any browser other that edge or ie will murder it. No fan and it had a plastic body so thermal throttle is likely.
I'm sure it sells but is it actually usable?

>1366*768 on a 13"
Eeeh, that's okay. Meanwhile on my side...
>1366*768 on a 15.6"
>>56437891
10 took up a whole gb on idle when i ran the preview on an old optiplex 755.

Now try installing things. Oh that's right Windows doesn't have any software and relies on third party installers. What a faggot distro.

It's sad because loonix isn't bad, but compatibility issues makes it a pain to use on laptops. I installed ubuntu with xfce in my laptop, but the damn thing would freeze randomly. Tried updating the kernel but stayed the same. I think it had to do with my laptop having both intel and nvidia graphics (you know, that Optimus shit)
