You can do it with a webcam.
For easier tracking of your movement frame by frame, just add white or any light colored dots to your body and limbs making a basic skeleton to follow.

It's a total nightmare with either of those systems. You'll spend as much time cleaning up the model than you would making a model far more suitable for your purposes from scratch

For mocap software, you should be able to add your recording to the software, then track the dots frame by frame, delete the recording and keep the dots, now you have your basic skeleton that moves around and is ready for your model.
