Buy the S version. So easy my wife an sister in law could connect it and play mario party with it on the dolphin setup I made them.

S version needs no dongle if laptop supports bluetooth.

The new controller that comes with the slim Xbox one is supposed to have Bluetooth.

Unfortunately for your case you're gonna have to buy one of MS adapters.

Said. That's actually pretty cool they finally stopped using their proprietary shit. I've always just used a wired 360 controller, and then get a nice long cable for my xbone controller. Can also do the same with ps3 and psu controllers if you don't mind their shitty symmetrical analogues.

i have an xbone controller as well but im still using win7 and my controller came without a battery
