What do you need balance on Paypal for anyway? I just use it when some site doesn't offer direct debit or credit card payment.

You don't need to.

I have back account (PKO in Poland). It has its own webappservice (ipko.pl) in this case.

1. Go to paypal -> wallet -> add funds There should be generated template with paypal-related bank account number and its transfer ID (which should be pasted in transfer description).
2.Go back to Your bank site OR fill it in bank.
3. Wait few days.

PS. Don't use trustly. Every bank in my country said, that this approach is retarted and they are blocking it.

Anyway, few years ago I transferred money to my paypal by making a money transfer from my back account to their and by putting some reference number into my transfer title they provided me with.

i don't have a credit card, just a standard debit card for my bank and i always pay in cash in person or via paypal for online purchases.

i used this technique some years ago as well, i transferred money to some account and the money showed up on my paypal - but i'm running out of money i deposited and this option doesn't seem to be available anymore.

US bank law requires that any bank must have proof of identity on both ends before they can allow a transaction. Therefore if you don't have a US identity or equivalent you can't do business and it's also why companies like Western Union charge large fees, because they need trusted agents in foreign countries to accept funds.

You can buy one of those prepaid Visa cards in stores for cash, and then use that prepaid credit card to move money to PP

I'm certain visa cards can be used, but the fastest way to check if your card can be used is to try to register it on PayPal.
