Who else fell for the desktop ricing meme here?
>lurk in desktop threads
>"this looks amazing!"
>install Arch and a tiling WM
>spend days ricing it
>constantly have to install things that aren't preinstalled or rice my desktop
>can't get any work done
>realize that it's a waste of time
>install something that just werks
>tfw it just werks
Don't fall for the meme

I did back in high school, then I got tired of constantly maintaining it, mostly because Windows-based customization like Rainmeter is usually wonky at best. Then I got tired of trying to find themes that weren't eye cancer or lolanime or superedgyblackeverythingwithredletters so I just stopped bothering. Now I just turn transparency off in 7 and make the color slate grey, feel pretty good.
I was actually using the classic theme for a while.

Not that hard to make windows look okay. Most people who try it are retarded though so they don't get anywhere.

I go through it off and on. Anywho can anyone help me with this problem? the close/minimize/maximize buttons are being cutoff, is there a way to change the shape of the cut out that shows them? Or is it a problem with the windows theme itself? I couldn't find anything.
