Might as well build a desktop.
I bought the same version but with a fhd non touch display and i5 for 800. It has the exact same gaming performance because they both have 960m. I bought it before the 1060m tho so maybe get one of those.

If it's for college build yourself a gaming PC (import everything from Germany, mindfactory is a good one) and buy a normal laptop.
If you really want a gaming laptop I'd wait for Pascal laptops to drop in price. A laptop that says it has a GTX 1060 actually has a goddamn GTX 1060. A GTX 960M is barely even a desktop GTX 950.
For that specific laptop, just get one with an i5, no touchscreen and less storage. You'll probably save €500 that way.

Ultrabook with a gaming desktop is the best option, always. GPU's tend to break more than anything else on a laptop.
