That's not to say it's impossible: you can fill requests, but they often cost money. You can upload obscure pay-what-you-want (read: free) Bandcamp albums, but it's competitive. You can go to a library or thrift store and pick up obscure CD's, but there's no guarantee that someone will download them from you.
