imo most the addons are trash and copypasta, just look at the code using python2.6 urllib2 sPuke there are maybe 1 -2 devs worth anything that write pirate addons

Plex works great for my Chinese cartoons. I also have a couple agents just in case that use ani.db and mal for scraping info. I think you can even get the MAL agent to update your profile on MAL on what is watched/completed etc. Works similar to Trakt and others sites.
