If you're worried about other tracking (eg, 1x1 GIFs) use something like wget and view the downloaded HTML, or just turn off automatic downloading off all resources other than the page you requested

Dooble is the FOSS browser most explicitly focused on privacy, but you have to configure it properly.

Firefox in always private mode with all the main privacy extensions should suffice

The most privacy conscious web-browser by far would be a hardened firefox
