Looks fine. I recommend installing Windows 7 or 8.1 when you get this, since 8 is move of a tablet OS.

Get a refurb from Newegg.
I got one with a Core 2 Duo and 4GB RAM for $90.

I trust Newegg a little more than some random seller on eBay.

I already have a monitor and keyboard, if I could find a 13inch+ laptop for 99 i would get that

That desktop will have better specs though. If you up your price to $200 you can get a niceish T420 with a faster processor.

Avoid T420i because i3 processor unless its a really good deal. If you can get a T420s, go for it, its only draw backs are that it has a soldered on cpu and a bit less battery.
