Trying to get a cert so I can get a good tech job without wasting my life and money at a school. Where the fuck do I get study material for this? I already have to pay $200 twice for the tests according to their website. I can't afford to have to also buy shit just to study for it.

I got some training on software we use in our company (+ certs) through standard training procedures that was decided upon my yearly / entry performance review, this stuff is not / was not advertised during the interview or website job offering though, may vary by employer

also youTube for A+ videos. there are 2 parts to the test. Just looking at videos I passed. Also know where your user files are C:\Documents and Settings and where your Windows files are. they will ask you that. I passed 1st try after looking at about 30 videos over and over for a month. Apply for a job but you will need another one like the N+ or CCENT to get hired faster.
