So i was playing gta v and suddenly my PC restarted withe message "asus anti surge was trigered" is my PSU insufficent or something? I have looked on every psu calculator and it gives me atleast 50-70W head room
PSU:Thermaltake TR2 S 600W
GPU:XFX Radeon R9 390
CPU:Intel i7 6700K
2 sticks of DDR4 8GB ram
that is the gaming timer
you shouldn't play in excess of one hour without taking a 15 minute break anon

>asus anti surge was trigered
Most likely false positive. If it was real surge, your PSU would be fried or the PC lost power instantly -> no chance for BIOS to register that anything is wrong and thus giving you such cool message.

Disable that thing in your BIOS (F2 / del right after start).
>I am paranoid:
Run furmark, then push button in it called CPU burner, push your system to 100% use. If it holds, nothing is wrong.

i did run it through furmark 2 times a few days ago nothing happened
Probably a false positive.
While the PSU quality is debatable, it's unlikely to have caused anything.

Turn that shit off and get a proper UPS unit.
