Its a SD820 with 4GB of RAM. Besides some fucking ridiculous MTK Helio chip, or buying an iPhone for the A9whatever, its the fastest chip on the market period. Not a 'mediocre' one.

Its batterylife is fine. It looks amazing if you haven't dropped it. Which is pretty much the same story for any phone besides a Lumia 830/930. It has a fingerprint sensor that isn't shit or in a meme position. The Camera falls only just short of the S7. And, relatively speaking, its bloody tough compared to other smartphones. And its got fucking OIS on the front camera. Which is actually a worthwhile feature.

Something similar happened on my S4.

Left it to charge overnight and when I picked it up in the morning the bottom half was all charred and molten and it was off. USB male and female were molten together.

Took me ages to get it fixed since they didn't believe me I used the original charger and whatnot.

Also had quite a few swollen samsung batteries in my lifetime. They suck for batteries.
