What do you think of netbooks? Is baytrail, or cherrytrail, fast enough for media consumption and web browsing?

Haven't used a netbook/atom since those first eeepc ones with windows xp. Mine struggled with 480p video and was a laggy mess.
They're better now, aren't they?

Netbooks look really comfy and I want to try another one, but not if it's as bad as it used to be.

Intel X7 is good, X5 you could probably get away with. Nvidia Tegra X1 is better.

Everything else fails.

z3735f and x5-z8300 are good enough. Just barely though.
