Are IEMs without microphones/volume controls, for everyday use, really worth buying anymore?
You often need to pause them to talk or listen to something, or slightly adjust the volume between songs, or to talk on the phone.
Don't you guys with mike-less IEMs/earbuds find it really annoying to have to dig the phone out of your pocket whenever you want to answer a call?

I've had iems with microphone for 2 years and used it maybe 5-6 times

do you simply not like to talk on the phone using headseats?

I just like to see who's calling me, so IEM with mic are useless for me

You got bad IEMs if you can pause something and still actively hear something somebody says.
Also there are apps with which you can cycle through songs with your volume buttons.
So overall these controls are useful but not having them is not a deal breaker for me.
