They office key will work for both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. If you have a disk around you could install the 32 bit on your 64 OS, it wouldn't make a huge difference. Otherwise just torrent a copy of 64 bit and make sure it matches microsoft's MSDN checkums

Please help me /g/. I'm getting BAD_POOL_HEADER BSOD's every day on windows 8.1 and literally every online help forum says to uninstall additional anti-viruses, but the only one I have is the default Windows one. I ran a diagnostic to see if my RAM was fucked but it was all fine. My drivers are also all up to date. I can use my computer perfectly fine for 5 or so hours then it just crashes.
