Usenet has the whole "muh secret club" mentality going, so you won't get much help.

Look up sites that mention stuff like SabNZBd, Sonarr, Couchpotato, SickBeard. If setting all that up seems to complicated, it's probably not for you. Otherwise it's great.

Usenet got some heavy attention by UFC because it was used to publish their content.

Now there are restrictions - newsgroup search indexes have their entries encoded. Most sites that show the actual content are pay2play or invite only, so you're pretty much fucked.
