Just got a desktop support job, work in help desk currently. What should I expect working in desktop support? Finally I won't be stuck at a desk on the phones all day.

Help desk is the first point of contact. A lot of issues are assigned our to desktop support teams.

at least I won't be on the phones 24/7 and I'll get to setup computers and other stuff. I know its at least a level up from help desk to, better than help desk even if its just a little
