when i google "buy windows 10 oem pro key" I get tons of sponsored and top first page results selling keys for under 30 US dollars
is this legal, are the keys legit, google normally filters out that much spam so some must have some legitimacy
what's the story?

Looking into getting windows 7 and 10 running in vm, I want dx 12, I prefer windows 7 for every day use, and I think I need to do this on linux for it to work the way I want, unless I can vm 10 on 7 and get dx12 through that.
