Hey /g/ I had a curiosity. Have you guys ever seen paralyzed people or that can't move with wheel chairs that they control themselves? How does this work? Is it something physical, or controlled by the mind? (Even though that sounds crazy)
It's physical. Some people suffering from quadriplegia may still retain very limited control on one of their hands (maybe even just a finger), which allows them to use the controls on electric wheel chairs.

Theres a mouth interface that works pretty damn well. You'd be surprised by the amount of control someone can have with that.
