If its old enough i think you can install windows on it. I myself found a macbook on the street this spring. Now i installed win 10 on it, works like its new honestly.

If you have a flash drive you can put a OSX install image that can modify the accounts (forgot where to find image), or you could use single user mode and modify it from there.
