Reverse image works, as does original filename. It's in the fdroid version. Save original filename is opposite of what it actually is, so just set it to off.

Only problem I have with Overchan is that it doesn't remember my 4chan pass token so I have to input it manually everytime. Now I have to use Clover for a year...
