What's up with this? Every video converter I used adds a tiny bit of audio latency to my videos. This specific example is from HandBreak. The top is the converted audio and the bottom is the source audio.
No combination of any options I mess with seam to help solve this problem. And any other converter I use produces similar results. What gives?

Are you using shitty codecs or something?
Bump
>>56207290
use audio passthru?
>>56207455
Does the passthrough just transplant the audio?
>>56207469
means it get muxed with the video untouched
no transcoding, no resampling

Testing this now, thanks in advance if it works.
>>56207430
Extremely rude.
>>56207290
Try a dedicated sound card.

>>56207455
That seemed to work. Thanks a bunch guys. Why does the desync happen? Shouldn't the codec have checks for these things even if its something that small?
>>56207541
dunno
usually use megui to encode video
never encode audio, as it is usually lossy codec already, like ac3
>>56207557
I'll keep that in mind. I can probably find a better way to compress the audio and add it back later.
Is it possible to convert every video on a folder to h.265 with their default settings?
>>56207929
Yes, just open the folder and add it too the queue with the codec selected.
>>56208024
handbrake?
>>56208030
yes, you could look on the site you know.
Would you recommend MediaCoder?
>>56208024
fuck, the progress is increments of 00.01%
why this happens however i set the the settings?Original file is mkv. (slow, 25rf, fps same as source, no filters)
