Comparing the electricity going in one end, and coming out the other end doesn't compare real world scenarios?

5V at 2A is pretty standard for a USB device on charge, if a cable is losing up to 33% of that power once it gets to the device, that's bad.
Really bad.

That's why a lot of >2A phone chargers are 5.25V now, to account for some voltage drop in the cable.
