Is HTTPS-Everywhere a meme? I just disabled it and now the 4chan catalog and any thread with 300+ posts loads nearly instantly while before it would take 10+ seconds to load.

All HTTPS everywhere does is if it detects a website on its whitelist it will automatically have the website use HTTPS rather than HTTP. Also, It loads instantly for me, get better internet poorfag.

Maybe I should rephrase. Not that it takes 10+ seconds for the website to load, but 10+ for firefox to load the page as in firefox will stop responding.

It seems to be an issue of HTTPS-Everywhere using a lot of memory.
