control panel > sound > communication > "Don't do anything" (your sound is most likely lowered when in a call, windows does that on default)

2. Buy some headphones and mic.

Look for recommendations in /hpg/. If you really must have "gayming headset" instead of headphones try to get hyperx cloud 1 (the ones with normal jack plug instead of usb). That's honestly the best help I can offer.

This piece of shit broke today for me after 4 months of use. Getti.g either a hyperx cloud 2 or a headphone + mic
