Led lights that are located behind monitor and adapt to the current

Someone knows this?

I've seen pictures of monitors like this posted to /g/ and Sony brought out a series of Bravia TVs that do this years ago, so they definitely do exist. I can't remember the brands, though.

Why do light has the primary colors red/green/blue, while "real world" has red/yellow/blue as prime colors?

They exist. If you can't find one, you could always make one with addressable RGB LED strips, a uC and some skill.

Eyes see in RGB and a ratio of those colors determines what we see.
Pigments absorb light rather than radiate it.

Has to do with the physical properties of light. Red and yellow are very close in wavelength so you don't gain much by blending the two together. On the other hand, Red and green are much further apart, so you get a wider range of colors.

Our eyes interpret light via 3 red, blue, and green cones as well. Yellow perception is a combination of red and green wavelengths.

Another fun fact.
We have roughly twice the green cones as we have red and blue ones.
Some camera sensors also have 1:2:1 RGB color sensor matrix ratio to mimic that.

The human eye is more sensitive to light/dark rather than color. Most modern video compression standards split video into luma and chroma parts and drop half the chroma resolution. Some even drop it down to a quarter of the final resolution.
