The file they provided for download is this one -

I downloaded and immediately ran a virustotal check, results of which -

As you can see, it comes up super clean. However not exactly recommended by the VT community judging from the downvotes.
Can anyone run this in a VMware or sandbox and post the results? Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
If this thing works, regular public torrenters might find it very useful.
