Because it is pure shit. It gives complete control over YOUR computer to microsoft. You have to be brain damaged to not see what's wrong with it. I would actually use w10 if they allowed you to actually disable shit you don't want without going through hoops and loops and installing handful of russian botnets just to regain basic functionality every OS should have.
