Okay guys, own up. Who submitted Goatse to Mozilla's logo design contest?

And yes, the other designs are all terrible.

I have to agree with the cucks on this one..
>M:// is the best
Aside from Moz://a they're all hideous. "Moz://a" will probably cause people to misinterpret their name though so it's bad for other reasons.
The ugly as fuck M logo is at least something that regular people could understand at a glance.

jesus christ. It's like a bunch of freshman design students got together for a beginning of the year project.

much better than what I could have done...

I can't believe how seriously bad these logos are. Is this what throwing millions at diversity gets you? I think it is...

It was me, I did it.

None of them are any good though. They try to hard to be hip and trendy or they're too hard to understand or the eye logo just looks creepy and might lead to misunderstandings. The wireframe logo apparently is meant to have flags for every nation which would be a pain in the ass.
"Moz://a" is a good fit but it can lead to misinterpretations. The M logo is the best for readability but it looks terrible, its a huge step down from the existing logo. Maybe they could have a retro theme on April 1st and use it there but it wouldn't be a good fit for a modern organization to use full-time.
new logo coming through after 21 millions hours in gimp

Open button is best desu. Most of others are just made up of letters and have no actual meaning behind them.
The idea behind protocol is also good, but the logo itself looks too boring.
Open button resembles logo of Open Source and reminds about the main idea of Mozilla foundation - bringing openness to the web. It also looks like a smiling face, making logo more playful.
Also the style reminds me of tDR a bit.
they all look like shit, some even worse than their current logo
but not much you can do with such a stupid name, better leave it as is and dont pull unnecesary attention to you
