When the fuck are the new cards going to sell at their actual suggested retail price?

They're like 50 bucks more what they should be. Even the 470 which was stated to be 179 Dollar's for 8gb is like 220+. The 1070 should be at $379

Is it always like this? How much time until the real prices are givne?
