Mathematically: If you take the fundamental laws of sequence theory, you cannot shift the sequence if it is not convergent. So, the result is wrong, if you think about it as the true result.
BUT, if you consider the result in the video, it can be proven using multiple methods(Ramanujan or Riemann). This result has interesting applications in modern theoretical physics. Don't think too much about it, you won't ever understand it, and neither will I.
