Hey /g/ so on my way home an iPhone fell out of someone's car. I didn't realize it was a phone when I got to it and the person was already long gone.

There is no passcode lock on it(wut) and the screen is fucked to the point where I can't navigate the phone (see pic related).

How do I go about returning the phone to the owner? Please help. Siri works and I can talk to her I just need to know what to say to get in contact with the owner.
