some motherboards will allow you to lock turbo in, iirc for that chip it is 3.2ghz with only a 2.7 base? this will allow you to run at that speed all the time.

I doubt it will OC much compared to a 6600k, they are FAR less favorably binned.

I have seen posts online of people being able to achieve above 4.2 stable with BCLK, something to do with how the BCLK only affects the CPU on Skylake
