Only thing is I'd probably try and get the older 5820K instead because the 6800K overclocks like shit, good luck getting 4.5GHz even with that CLC.

ok i'll bite the bait. You don't just buy a computer, you build it to meet your needs, what resolution are you going with ? 1080p ? 1440p ? ultrawide 2560x1080/1440p ?, 60, 120/144hz? After that, you start choosing the parts accoringly, the gtx 1070 is okay for 1080p 120hz+, gtx 1080 for ultrawide or 1440p+.
CPU: i7 6700k/any z170 mobo whose features tickle your fancy. Cooling solution for your CPU: any decent aircooler will do, hyper 212x is very simple and will get the job done, if you want something fancier, look into noctua d15/s / dark rock pro 3. PSU: get a fucking corsair ax 1500i.
Storage: SSD = 850 EVO 500gb+, if you need more space, get more SSDS/hard drives as you see fit.
Case/case fans, get whatever fits your needs/pleases your eyes.
Stay away from prebuilts, don't get memed.
